her being me and i cheated on the diet.
he was really strict (my s.o.) i have been not really that strict at all.
he also had more to lose than i did. well now he is only 20 pounds from his goal and i am only 10 pounds from my goal. it got rid of my anemia (my lips are redder,more energy,no headaches.
he is no longer at a risk for heart attack and his "skinny" clothing fits again.
his BP is perfect now. before it was a little high.
AND he has finally kicked his 2 pots a day coffee consumption.
