Dr Atkins plan was designed originally (although not by him but he did adapt it) to help those with high cholesterol and triglycerides and to minimise the effect of diabetes. Losing weight was really just a side effect. His main concern was to care for his patients' hearts and circulatory systems. Congrats on your terrific bloods. Stick with the plan and you can only improve.
