I have high metabolic resistance. I have read the info about liver/gallbladder flush, and I am VERY reluctant (meaning I won't) take herbal mixtures that aren't proven. Can you suggest something else? I am going to try L-Canitine and the candida recommendations...what else? The fat flush? HElp!
