Right on! Between Atkins and Nourishing Traditions, etc. I have really felt liberated to enjoy things that are commonly bashed as SO bad for you. Hand me the butter, just keep the donuts and candy away! There are a lot of problems out there and I think it traps some people in their mindsets. Then the more they try to do to help themselves, the deeper into a hole they are digging themselves. I did enjoy Atkins' book, but I am always trying to balance all the different info I get here at curezone!
