Well First off I totally agree with you about the term ovo/lactum vegetarianism it is an oxymoron no doubt, but this is a support forum not a debate forum! And yes I was aware of the meanings of the term ovo/lactum thank you! But as far as protein is concern, this is where I am direct dissagreement with you and the reason I never ever post on a vegetarian support forum! You could talk your self blue and I would not agree with you! But like I said I dont want to or care to debate these issues I have great friends who are vegetarians though non of them are fanatical enought to confront my eating habits and I offer them the same respect! My post was not meant as a dispute to certain terminologies or the fact that soy is toxic, which I also agree and that commercial animal proteins and fats are loaded with dispicable things to which I also agree but to support the concept that a high protien diet without certain animal proteins are excluded was possible! Maybe you should have read my post a little closer and the name of the forum! Grog
