Exactly my friend! I went through similar problems and almost lost faith in Atkins until I realized my my problems were toxin related. Now the more I flush and cleanse the easier it is for me to lose weigh! And yes on the issue of blame and critisizing those who find relief on any diet! I would not reccomend anyone going to the Vegetarian forum and critisizing them! Do what works for you and leave other to do the same! Thanks wletto for your imput! Grog
