Well put. I think you have to do what works for you. This is the only diet that I have been able to do that actually made me feel better and cleared up things that I never intended to clear up.

I even found out that I had some pretty bad food allergies wheat being one of them so it has been nothing but beneficial. I hope your sister chooses to eat that way for the rest of her life. Good luck to her!
