The atkins diet will kill you. Go to Rense.com click on archives (shows), go to Lorraine Day MD. interview and click on and listen. Especially with mad cow, mad chicken and polluted fish you are very ignorant to use this diet.
Dr. Day states that studies show that this diet will throw the body into a state of ketosis and that one of the results is Heart Desease!! (didnt Atkins die of heart desease?) I think this diet is a classic case of Industry supported DR. diets, (meat and dairy industry). People die for lack of knowledge.
