Starting back on the big "A" today. I did it two years ago and it was the best that I EVER felt. Cholesterol lowered from 200 to 170 pretty cool. Depression disappeared, post nasal drip was history since it eliminated all the foods that I am allergic to. My husband is starting today too. The hardest part is preparing my food and his.

Can't wait to feel that way again!! Wish me lots o' luck!!
