You know, with the obesity problem running wild in America, anything that helps people lose weight is GOOD. America is TOO fat and we just keep getting fatter.

I was only speaking from my own experience and I want to point out again that I specified RED MEAT because that was what I ate so much of and what I believe caused my problem. There are other forums of meat that people eat on this diet. Looking back, I think if I had eaten more chicken, it would have been better for my body.
