My husband and I are in our second week on atkin's. THe first week we did great he lost 9 lbs and I lost 7 lbs. THis is our second week and I have only lost 1 lb and him about the same. Is this normal?? I am eating like I am supposed to be and exercising about 5 days a week. If anyone has any suggestions we could sure use some advise!! THank you in advance for the help!
