Hi Grog, I have tried the atkins diet a couple of times and haven't had very much sucess with it. My sister has done very well on it. It gets very frustrating! Especially when you try so hard. I read an article on where some people who try to lose weight and can't might have parasites. I don't know if it is true or not, but I have started The Master Cleanse diet in hopes that this may help.
