I am so glad some people are writing in!! I do look at the Atkins site quite a bit but they do not have a message board. I am back on the wagon--almost a week now--haven't gottne on the scale though because it is "that time of month" and I don't want to be discouraged. I feel good and that is all that counts right now. I will weigh in soon. So how much has everyone else lost and how long have you been doing it?? Talk to all of you soon!!
