Hello all!!

I am ssssoooo glad to see an Atkins forum!!! I have just started Atkins .....again!!! I did it after my first baby (who is now 5) and lost 14lbs. I now have 2 children (baby is 2) and need to shave off some more weight. I am 5'5" tall--medium frame and weigh (as of this morning) 155. I started back on induction Monday morning when I stepped on the scale and saw 161 lbs!!!! I also have irritable bowel syndrome and do find that when I eat the low carb way my stomach is much happier--no pain, bloating etc. I would like to lose 30 lbs--I do work out 3-5 days a week but seem to maintain my weight or maybe just lose a few pounds. I keep playing with the same 5 lbs--I am sure some of you can relate!! So here we are on Thanksgiving day and I am hoping to be able to make it through today without falling off the wagon!! My husband and I are planning for a 3rd child so I would like to have the weight off before becoming pregnant again. So wish me luck and have a happy holiday. I will keep you posted on my progress!!
