Hi! Was scanning the web for help with my diverticulosis problem I'm having at present (and occasionally have over past 20 yrs), and how this would be affected by the Atkins Diet. I have tried the Atkins Diet successfully a couple years ago, and recently decided to try it again. I am not really overweight, but don't like the fit of my clothes overall, so like to stay thin. Now, I've been on the Atkins Diet 3 days....had my breakfast prepared, and suddenly had a bout of pain due to my diverticulosis problem. I also had my gall bladder removed years ago. Do you know the theory of fats with these problems? Would appreciate any help you can give. I agree with your approval of this diet, and love the way you can lose weight.
