I'm still fasting -- just finishing up day 11. I plan to go at least 14 and maybe more. I also plan to do another liver cleanse on Friday..
I try to come off the fast with some juice -- but not orange juice. My chiro told me that OJ is mucus forming so that just doesn't seem like a good idea. I get papaya, mango, pineapple and that sort of thing and also make the soup. I get ravenous drinking juice without the lemonade so usually drink some lemonade as well. Foods sure changed their taste after the last time I fasted (early April). Lots of stuff tasted horrible BUT chocolate tasted absolutely divine.
