If it's feasible for you, sounds like a good day for Master-Cleanse Mary to snuggle up on the couch and snoooooze all day. Your body must need a major rest after all that work! Can you take in a little OJ? Also some veggie soup may be okay. I wouldn't go "stronger" than that food-wise.

What did your Liver Flush turn up? How was it? Sounds like it was successful - cool beans, Master-Cleanse Mary!
