I did not start the program to lose weight,I heard that Robin Quivers had ailments close to mine and now she was felling much better.I wanted to know and find out what it was and is. I DID A SEARCH,and READ what I could find on it,and happened to find this site during my search.
I've been on it now since last Fri.And I must say I DO FEEL a H*** of alot better. If I lose any weight that will be a plus too,if not, no biggie,I feel better.**I have orderd the book**
The only "whine"(wine) you'll hear from me is when I pop the cork.
