for many, this is a weight loss process. i tried everything and this is the only one with results. when i'm done with the cleanse i don't eat any junk food, but only healthy veggies and meats.

but for this string we should add the start weights as well.

here are my stats:

start 184
lost 8 pounds
1 quart of lemonade a day
3 16 oz bottles of water a day
no bp shakes, no tea.
