Great idea g, day 7, 3 quarts of the lemon drink with 2T lemon juice 2T maple syurp B grade and the 10th of cay in each bottle. I sip all day long I don't drink one glass at a time. 100oz of h2o. no shakes (yet?) flax seed oil at night also smooth move tea. salt flush in the am first thing. Thanks for asking
