In a few days I will post all about my experience but I just wanted to tell you about a few things that happened to me.
The first week I lost 9 pounds.
Week 2, I did a liver flush. I got alot out but only lost 2 pounds.
Week 3, lost 5.
Week 4, lost 8, and did 2nd liver flush. (got out lots of ropes)
Week 5, lost 2.
Week 6, lost 2, and did 3rd liver flush. (got out lots of ropes)
Week 7, lost 3.
Week 8, lost 6.
Week 9, lost 2 so far (still transitioning off).
I needed to lose about 50 pounds so I thought, 'I will stay on this as long as it takes'.
Well, my body went through quite a few changes.
The first week, I really lost all craving for food.
And the Body Odor started, and got stronger and stronger.
Then, about week 7, something broke free in me.
The odor stopped, I mean I could go a day and a half without any deodorant and I still didn't stink. (And my sense of smell has increased dramatically--I can smell a slightly dirty diaper in another room.)
My tongue started clearing.
And, my taste buds came back...Full Force.
I was looking up healthy recipes, converting old ones to healthy, living vicariouly through my 2 year old as she ate her meals.
I was really craving GOOD food... rice, beans, salad.
Since that time, I have really been fighting with my body...oh so tempted to have a spoonful of this and that.
I still have about 10 more pounds to go, but I believe I can work it off with more exercise and small meals.
And as trying as this was at times, I am determined to not let my body get to that state again, especially by eating JUNK.
I believe you should listen to your body more after that change happens.
58 days was a long time. I guess if I had the mind of a robot, I could have held on for 70+ days, just to show myself I got the weight off while on the MC, but what kind of monster could I have become with food consuming my life all the time?
Since you want to lose so much, consider it in stages.
I believe a 30-40 day fast will change your eating habits.
Then, give your body a rest from the fast, but only with good, nutritious food.
6-9 months later, you probably won't need to fast again that long because you have changed your habits for the better, and the rest of the weight will fall off more gradually.
Listen...your body is always telling you something.
Sometimes we don't want to hear it. But in the end, your body will succeed...either with radiant health ... or death.
I will pray for success for all.
