According to The Master Cleanse literature you should drink between 6 and 12 10oz glasses a day. Personally I make a 64oz plastic bottle that I take to work with me and sip on from about 6:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. MOst days I have a little bit left and am not hungry during the day. Hope this helps.
