Hi everyone, I’m back. And my home is just fine. But all the smoke I breathed in made my life the last few days pretty miserable. I had to increase the things I was doing to keep myself going. I increased my water from drinking 1 ½ gallons a day to 2 gallons a day. I doubled the amount of Superfood I was taking. And I’m taking large doses of Echinacea Plus several times a day. I think it’s pulled me through. The smoke is clearing and everything is starting to get better.

Thanks to all of you that were thinking of me, your posts have been very encouraging.
