relationships are singly the most important events in life...i'm with Lapis on this one...I have had about 20 or 30 jobs in my life...I would walk away from all of them for love...If you have to go apply for a managerial job at another theater then do it...or just take a similar position at another theatre and tell them you want to be considered for a management positionas soon as you prove yourself...then go for it... Come clean and then tell your boss that you are a valuable employee and that you deserve the added managerial position and that you would be willing to leave if it will cause your g/f problems.
