I tried to find some information on GCG.

>It is good for every internal organ.
>It clears any internal/external infection
>It is very good especially for the liver as tonic/activator

From personal experience:
It improves digestion
It makes liver flush easier, if taken 2-3 weeks every day prior to flush
I feel like I had a cup of very good coffee, only effect lasts all day with on needs to “refill” and without downgrading energy loss effect.

I am using dried GCG from local chinese herbalist 7 g per 2 cups of water and simmer for 15 minutes.
