Sounds like you are getting there too.

I did not mind the taste of the Epsom Salts , it was the way they effected me. But thanks for the capping tip....who knows, maybe one day I will try the ES again.

The times I did puke was when I chugged the oil...also was a day time flush, and used just half cup oil mixed with grape fruit juice.

*LOL* I did not have the craving for any olive oil on salad today !! I did crave baked potato with avacado and fresh garlic.
