well, since i do feel good after i throw up i'm ok with it.
but it is strange...and you just may be totally right...i was skin brushing every day when on the Bowel Cleanse and kinda got lazy lately...the flushes before i skin brushed more also, so that could be it.

my skin has been dry...and lacking in circulation. i know i have to do the Bowel Cleanse badly again, but with the Liver Flushes it kinda interferes i find.

lungs, grief...sounds about right. altho my lungs psysically are doing just fine!?
