I just found your post from a web search. Any advice? I've had mild eczema all my life, but now there's a chance that I'm pregnant and it has flared up. I am spending my days and nights itchy and in pain. It is taking a real toll on my emotional health as well. I do take flax oil pills; do you just take the recommended amount? Thanks!
