Don't know when everybody else is flushing but I'm taking my first ES at 8:30, 2nd at 10:30 and the OO/GF at 12:30 (pacific time)

How bout everyone else?

I'm drinking some master cleanse lemonade to stave off hunger pangs. Still drinking water - I usually do up until an hour before my first ES.

I'm going to have Potassium/Electrolyte Broth tomorrow too! yip!
