Mel and I were joking about the yellow stuff as "corn", but actually I don't think it was corn at all, as I haven't eaten any corn for a long time. Must have been something else. As for the finger trick, I think it may have been the oil from your skin that will cause that reaction. A bud showed me this trick of how to reduce the fiz in your beer or coke. He rubbed his nose and stuck his finger in his coke and it got rid of the fiz!
