Thanks for the advice, I will give it a try.

Just as an update, I passed more stones today embedded in my eliminations. I did not try and quantify the amount, I just saw it in the toilet after the fact. Do not wish to gross anyone out, but I am kinda excited about all this leaving my body.

Interesting to know the stones are grease/cholesterol. Why are they green????
