hi, congratualtions! if you hate the Epsom Salts just cap them in the largest gell caps you can find and take them with the water recommended.

it depends on the brand of the salts, but for me 1tbsp usually = 8-10 caps.

i hate the taste too and there is no way i can hold it down but this way.
