Hi Wellnessyoga,

Good idea to wait 2 weeks before the next flush.

I used 1/2 cup olive oil and 3/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice. That's all I can take. My stomach would have to stretch to fit more in. When I was drinking it down, I thought of the people who have had their stomachs stapled. They wouldn't be able to do this flush.

My husband did the flush with me. He didn't sleep much. But he looks younger.
