I have not tried this flush. I have always used Dr. Clark's method and have gotten excellent results.

But, I like the idea of pressing down on my abdomen. That makes a lot of sense. I may just try another flush.

You know, the biggest downer for me was when I began to see no more stones! Flushing had become such a part of my life and I looked forward to the flushes. Then, when it was over, it was like..........depressing!
