i'd say 1/4th of the dose you would do with a Liver Flush or one similar to it.

try 1 tbsp in a cup of water. i'd use a full cup cause i find that i'm really thirstly with the salts.

try that and if the pain is still there then do another 1 or 2 hrs later. i think someone else posted about this a while back too. so maybe do a search and see if you can find that forum thread.
