That was me too! I ate NO fat for 2 years. I ate limited grains and veggies for 5 years. But I still always had/have the pain. Does anyone know why it is worse in the morning? I'll have a twinge or two after I eat, but in the a.m. it hurts! Thanks for writing Shelly- it gives us newbies encourgement!
