I agree and so do many healers that utilize a flush protocol of one kind or another. I go without protein a week leading up to a flush and minimal "good" oil. Two days before the flush the oil stops too.

Works for me. I will be adding malic acid during the 6 day lead up to help give the stones more plasticity. I'll post and let others know if this makes a significant difference. Theoretically it should but the proff will be in the pudding.....gallstone pudding to be exact.
