I would really recommend AFTER, but if you can afford a before and after that would be fine.
The afternoon before doing the olive oil/gf juice, I took 2 enemas at home (that was Saturday), then
I had the colonic Monday morning. Andreas Moritz recommends at least a colonic afterwards to
make sure that there are no trapped stones in the intestine. If they get trapped they cause
toxins to be re-absorbed.
