Hi there,

Andreas Moritz Liver Flush protocol is amazing....thus called the Amazing Liver Cleanse. He advocates eating the day of, fat free of course. Also drinking apple juice for 6 days prior to break down the stones. You can check out his forum or buy his book in e-format. I just did it and found it much more palatable than other Liver Flushes I'd tried. Also more successful.
