I rarely take one opinion on a subject, especially regarding my health. I like to get many different sides and agree with your desire to check out the liver flush. I must say that I am confused though. I am sure that fasting can be dangerous depending on how long the fast is and if it is done properly(water only as opposed to juice fasting). What I don't understand is what this has to do with a liver flush. I know that fasting is involved to some degree with the various flushes but with many, such as Dr. Clark, the fasting is only a few hours. Have you found any information that deals specifically with liver flushing?
