What kind of fast is this article talking about? Sounds like a Water Fast and certainly not a master cleanse or juice fast where blood Sugar is maintained all along.

The article also uses fear drops like "prolonged fast". What is their definition of a prolonged fast..weeks...months...years.

This kind of "medical " info can't be taken seriously at all and only serves to scare people based on half truths and carefully worded phrases.

The article seems to only serve to confuse and stir up unfounded fear.
