No! Not the same- don't do it. Don't premix the cayenne pepper either into the lemonade. Simply add the amount you are comfortable (1/10th teaspoon if possible) with each time you prepare the a glass of the lemonade. Buy high quality cayenne- organic if possible. I buy it in bulk.
It is not too spicy if you don't let it sit in the lemonade- which you should not do. The effect of the cleanse is synergistic- do it as it was designed for the best results.
