Well I am just about done. Tomorrow will be my last day. I lost 30 lbs and feel great. I did notice once I got passed day 11 my energy soared and I didn't even really want to eat. I would continue until 40 days but my wife wants me to stop now. I am going on a maintenance diet of one meal a day and lemonade drinks for a few weeks. I would like to lose another 20 lbs.
I am going to keep up the B&P's. I can't believe I am still getting ropes every day.
