I bring a thermos with 40oz of lemonade to work. By the end of the work day I'm done with it and go home and make another 20oz and drink that. I could never drink a lot of water anyways. I guess I will just have to try harder. I'll have to since I am starting with the B&P shakes tonight.
One other question, how long until the B&P shakes kick in? If I drink it at 5am when should it kick in? thanks.
