I have been having a rough time starting back on the fast too. I was going to start this week, but Father's Day is coming up on Sunday. The family always gets together and has a big meal and everyone will bug me as to why I am not eating. I don't feel like being questioned. So I'm going to start on Monday.

Eventhough, I didn't stick on the fast as planned I still am doing the BP Shakes as soon as I get up and then the lemonades until supper. The BP Shakes are taking stuff out. I make myself have a look at the BM's and there is rubbery stuffin there. To think that was inside me! Eeeewe! Glad to know the BP Shakes are working.
