Don't look at it as having failed, but that you did what was right for you at the time and the fact that you still keep trying.
I tried to quit smoking over three times so far this yr and failed, but the cleanse has helped me out a lot with quitting smoking this time. I mean sure I smoked 2 cigs at the comedy club last night, but I haven't had any since Sat. June 7th. for me that is awesome. :) I have smoked for 16 yrs so this is truely a blessing for me.
Persistance is everything. Keep up doing the good work, and remember to do what is best for you. :)
