try using even less blackstrap molasses, and don't mix with the maple syrup. I think you're supposed to use half the amount of molasses as the maple. For you, maybe even less. If one tablespoon still seems like too much, then maybe two teaspoons? One teaspoon? It might be a small amount per lemonade but if you are drinking the lemonades frequently enough it should still work out.
