To all:
I am on day 8 of a 10 day fast, and have been taking the B&P's for 3-1/2 days, and just passed my first ropes...oh my god....yuck!!! That stuff was in me!!!! I feel really good.
My question (are you there Tracey) is how long do the ropes contine? How long should I continue the B&P's after the fast? When do you know to stop?
Anyone who is just starting and having problems, stick with it, it is so worth it.
I have lost 12 lbs. in 7 days, although that was not my main goal, it was to clean out, and to start eating healthy again, so that any of the weight I take off will stay off.
