Hi to fellow fasters. I spent the first day with a rotten headache and froze that night despite a hot water bottle. It's getting colder and wetter here in Australia but I was colder than ever. Today was better and I kept busy. The B&P shakes seem to stop the hunger for me. Have just passed some interesting BMs with slimy strands of gunk in them. Prior to this I was just getting rid of the solid food from the weekend and BMs weren't anything special. I will start the salt water flush tomorrow morning. I spent this evening cooking up several lots of soup and meals for my husband. I will be able to just heat him up his meals and won't have to spend so much time around food. It was hard tasting the food for flavour but I spat it out even though I longed to gulp it down.I felt like a wine taster. I'm off to sleep now but don't feel as tired as I should. I think I can make it through this time. Good luck to all fellow seekers of better figures and health. HANG IN THERE IT CAN ONLY GET BETTER!! LOL Nan.
