Hi Tracey

It wasn't a difficult to wean myself off the anti-depressants. Feeling like crap and miserable is normal for a fibromyalgia person. So I know I can do this... I am just worried about the first few days. I may struggle even longer than the first 4 days. I just have to tough it out and that will be worth it in the long run. I will be posting how I am doing as I go along. Just knowing I have to post will keep me strong.

I skimmed all the info you recommended. I will be printing it off and reading it while I am feeling the withdrawals or die off or whatever it is. I can hardly wait until I can think clearly!!!! Fibro people suffer from mega brain fog.

And the 1974 penny story is excellent! However, I am fearful of even looking at the toilet bowl contents. LOL.
